In terms of achievement transformation: The college has always regarded serving the local economy of Shenzhen as an important development direction, and actively promoted the transformation of scientific and technological achievements and served the local economic construction. The college actively carries out various cooperation with enterprises, jointly conducts product research and development, is committed to the industrialization of scientific research products, and helps enterprises to transform and upgrade. The college actively establishes joint laboratories and engineering centers with companies. On the one hand, it provides a platform for the training of students of the college, and provides companies with much-needed professional talents to serve the society. On the other hand, enterprises provide support for the basic research of the laboratory, which strongly promotes the research and development of new technologies. For example, The college developed a high-efficiency three-dimensional sensing system with independent intellectual property rights, which is applied in industries, national defense, medical treatment, culture and other fields. In the multi-node 3D sensor network measurement system, it has been applied to the manufacture of J-10 pilot helmets, the customization of speed skating shoes for short-track speed skaters, the online detection of large quartz crucibles, and the human 3D imaging, etc. The college developed industry-university-research cooperation with Shenzhen Yishang Display Co., Ltd., transferred more than 10 patents in total, and promoted the results to the fields of human photo studio, cultural relic research and display, electronic shopping mall, virtual reality, etc., and the performance of various models of 3D digital products developed reached the international advanced level and were exported to the United States, Singapore and other places. The college jointly established an advanced film and device R&D center with Shenzhen Caihuang Industrial Development Co., Ltd. to tackle key problems in thermoelectric power generation, photovoltaics, and high-end optical films. The laser power test system developed has reached the international advanced level, and mass production has been achieved, helped enterprises to achieve transformation and upgrading, and obtained a number of domestic and international patents and other independent intellectual property rights. The Helicobacter pylori technology for breath measurement developed by the Institute of Nuclear Technology Application of Shenzhen University has been successfully industrialized, and Shenzhen Haidawei Biotechnology Co., Ltd was founded. In 2018, it achieved a profit and tax reached 230 million yuan and pioneered the detection of breath test technology to detect diseases in China. At present, Guangdong Breath Test Technology Engineering Research Center has developed the world's first Breath Red Blood Cell Life Test Instrument, which has successfully obtained the medical device license and achieved commercialization, and is expected to achieve greater economic and social benefits.
